United Investments OÜ is a private limited company registered in Tallinn whose principal activity is lending. The company grants loans to Estonian companies from its own funds, under written agreements that set out every term before signature.
We do not lend to private individuals, we do not take deposits, and we do not offer investment products.

The limits below follow from Estonian law and from the company's own standards.
Consumer credit in Estonia requires an activity licence from Finantsinspektsioon. United Investments OÜ does not lend to private individuals.
Loans are made from the company's own funds. No deposits or other repayable funds are accepted from the public.
The word is part of the registered business name. The company sells no investment products and manages no money for others.
Borrowers and their beneficial owners are identified, and the purpose and origin of funds checked, under the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
Nothing is payable before an agreement is signed. Every cost is stated in the agreement itself.
Funds move only between bank accounts held in the names of the contracting companies, never in cash or to private accounts.
Fraudsters use the names of registered companies to offer loans or "investment returns" and to collect advance fees. United Investments OÜ never asks for payment before a signed agreement, never offers investments, and never asks for passwords, card numbers or Smart-ID / Mobile-ID codes. If someone does this in our name, end the contact and report it to the Police and Border Guard Board.
